The Michael N. Cipriani Sr. Memorial Foundation was established in 2023 in memory and honor of Michael Cipriani, Sr., a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, nephew, friend, leader in the workplace, and a warrior in his battle with cancer. The foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

The Foundation seeks to pay tribute to Michael’s legacy of generosity, kindness, perseverance, and hope by supporting children in higher education and families affected by cancer or juvenile illnesses.  To this end, the Foundation supports these missions by:

• Funding educational scholarships for students who, like Michael, decided to improve their families’ futures by pursuing education in a trade or technical field.
• Partnering with community organizations to provide financial resources for families affected by cancer.
• Raising funds to support innovative research into early diagnoses and treatments for cancer.
• Supporting charitable organizations that impacted Michael’s life and journey.

The Michael N. Cipriani Sr. Memorial Foundation strives to make a real difference in the lives of families in the New York and New Jersey areas and, like Michael, represent strength and hope for a better tomorrow.
